In addition, that 36-38 East 12th Street building is owned by Legov Realty, in care of David Vogel. Legov is Vogel spelled backwards. The Vogel family was involved with the textile company Spechler-Vogel, as evidenced by the corporate entity Lego Realty Corp. in NYS records is in care of the building owned and occupied by Spechler-Vogel. It’s unclear if the Vogel family retains any interest.
