Charles Penner and Leigh Penner paid $10.3 million to Matthew Luckett through the entity 47 Sidney LLC for a townhouse (B3) at 47 Sidney Place in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 15, 2021 and was recorded on July 7, 2021.
The property has 4,670 square feet of built space and 3,048 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 7,717 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,216 and the price per buildable square foot is $1,341 per the PincusCo analysis.
The seller bought the property on 19-Mar-18, for $3.8 million.
