Parkview Management signs $62M refi for commercial condos in Williamsburg

Parkview Management through the entity The 329 LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Valley National Bank valued at $62 million for six office condos (CC) at 329 Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on November 30, 2021 and was recorded on December 16, 2021.

The signatory for Parkview Management was Juda Klein.

Within a 400-foot radius of 329 Broadway, PincusCo identified two commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those two items, one was for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. It was an initial temporary certificate of occupancy issued on June 9, 2020 for the $500,146 renovation of 2,800-square-foot R-2 building with four residential units at 315 South 5th Street.
One of those two items was a loan which Mendel Fleischman borrowed $6.4 million from Valley National Bank secured by the 1,724-square-foot, nine-unit rental (C7) on 301 Broadway on January 23, 2020.
