UPDATED 10:35 a.m., March 10, 2025: Park Tower Group, the master developer at the 22-acre Greenpoint Landing filed plans for 1,025 additional residential units, in three buildings with a total of 792,622 square feet in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
In the first, Anne Carson Blair of Greenpoint Riverview Associate, submitted a new building construction project for a 503-unit, 399,685 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 21 Freeman Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on March 6, 2025 under job number B00739735. It calls for the construction of a 40-story building. The project is described in the filing as: new 40-story building.
In the second, Anne Carson Blair of Greenpoint Riverview Associates, submitted a new building construction project for a 298-unit, 221,808 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 37 Freeman Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on March 6, 2025 under job number B00739760. It calls for the construction of a 30-story building. The project is described in the filing as: new 30-story building.
In the third, Anne Carson Blair of Greenpoint Riverview Associates, submitted a new building construction project for a 224-unit, 172,129 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 209 West Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on March 6, 2025 under job number B00738795. It calls for the construction of a nine-story building. The project is described in the filing as: new 9-story building.
