Paint tool manufacturer Linzer pays $29.5M to Allway Tools for industrial in Bronx

Linzer through the entity Ahi Glenoaks, Inc. paid $29.5 million to Allway Tools through the entity 1255 Seabury Corp. for industrial (F5) at 1255 Seabury Avenue in Bronx, Bronx.
The deal closed on August 2, 2021 and was recorded on August 9, 2021.
The property has 70,000 square feet of built space and 28,626 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 98,712 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $421 and the price per buildable square foot is $298 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)

The signatory for Allway Tools was Susan Efron. The signatory for Linzer was Len Zichlin.
