Pain management doctors pay $13M to Extell Development for unit 80C in One Manhattan Square

Pain management doctors through the entity 1 Manhattan Square (Ph-78C) Realty LLC paid Extell Development’s Cps Fee Company LLC $12.8 million for condo unit 80C at 250 South Street in Chinatown. The deal closed on December 27, 2019, and was recorded on January 8, 2020.

The buyers are doctors in New Jersey specializing in pain treatment.
