150ph LLC paid $52 million to 150 Charles Street Ph A LLC for the residential condominium PHA at 150 Charles Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 28, 2023 and was recorded on July 11, 2023. The property has 4,553 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $11,421 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on April 21, 2016, for $29.4 million.
