OMI Jewelry pays $4.5M to Anil Sethi for office condo in Midtown
OMI Jewelry through the entity Brickle Holdings LLC paid $4.5 million to Anil Sethi through the entity Ada Management LLC for an office condo unit (CR) at 10 West 46th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.
The deal closed on November 5, 2021 and was recorded on December 3, 2021.
The property has 4,230 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,063 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Anil Sethi was Anil Sethi. The signatory for OMI Jewelry was Rahamin Haimov.
OMI Jewelry is based in the Diamond District.
Within a 400-foot radius of 10 West 46th Street, PincusCo identified 20 commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those 20 items, 11 were sales above $5 million totaling $2.4 billion. The most recent of the 11 was Heirs of Milton Kimmelman which bought the 206,378-square-foot, 21-unit office building (O6) on 553 5th Avenue for $50 million from Trellis Charitable Fund on November 1, 2021.
Of those 20 items, nine were loans above $5 million totaling $804.6 million. The most recent of the nine was Kimmelman heirs, Leigh family, David Leigh, and Abby Leigh which borrowed $54 million from ACORE Capital secured by the 206,378-square-foot, 21-unit office building (O6) on 553 5th Avenue on November 3, 2021.
