The Olnick Organization through the entity Roc-West 77th Street Associates, LLC paid the family of late real estate investor Charles Goldner’s Ctic 201 LLC $106.4 million for 360 Amsterdam Avenue in the Upper West Side. The deal closed on November 18, 2019, and was recorded on November 22, 2019.
