Odin Realty through the entity Odin Realty, LLC paid Estate of John Xikis’s Andrew Latos Executor Of Last W/T Of John Xikis $7.2 million for 32-57 Steinway Street and 32-55 Steinway Street in Astoria. The deal closed on January 12, 2021 and was recorded on March 17, 2021. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, more than six families with stores (C7) and containing 32 residential units. The properties have a total of 23,992 square feet of built space.
The sale price per unit is $226,562.
