Oaktree acquires Soho retail co-op from Meadow, 60 Guilders for $22.4M
Oaktree Capital Management through the entity 119 Spring Street Subsidiary, LLC acquired a retail cooperative unit from Meadow Partners and 60 Guilders through the entity 119 Spring Retail Owner valued at $22.4 million at 119 Spring Street in SoHo, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 3, 2021 and was recorded on September 20, 2021.
Meadow and 60 Guilders bought the property in 2014 for $20 million.
Within a 400-foot radius of 119 Spring Street, PincusCo identified three commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those three items, three were sales above $5 million totaling $481.4 million. The most recent of the three was Paceline Equity Partners which bought the 32,088-square-foot, 11-unit co-op (D4) on 106 Spring Street for $23.9 million from SL Green Realty on May 3, 2021.
