NuVerse Advisors gets $57M construction loan from Bank Hapoalim, IDB for Flushing project

NuVerse Advisors through the entity 4201 Main St LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Bank Hapoalim and IDB valued at $57 million at 136-18 Maple Avenue in Flushing. The deal closed on December 29, 2020 and was recorded on January 11, 2021.

The signatory for the borrower was Dov Schlein of NuVerse Advisors. His firm lent the developer of the project $15 million. This is part of a larger group of buildings with plans filed by developer Linzhong Zhuo, of Sunlight Development.

The last time the property sold was February 19, 2020 for $23,739,930.
Over the past five years, there have been 6 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There were 4 renovation/alteration projects (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $263,120.

There have been 2 new building permit applications Those plans include a total of 62 residential units.
