North Hill Capital Management through the entity 195 Chrystie Street Owner LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Peapack Private Bank & Trust valued at $16.6 million for the three-unit office building (O6) at 195 Chrystie Street in Lower East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on March 31, 2025 and was recorded on April 2, 2025. The prior lender was Fort Amsterdam Capital — which is now operating under the name T30 Capital — which held debt that had an original loan amount of $16.2 million.The property has 81,900 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $202 per the PincusCo analysis.
