Noorollah Asherian through the entity 1650 Madison Holdings, LLC paid Saul Schwartz and J.J. Cranston Construction’s 1650 Madison LLC $4 million for 1650 Madison Avenue in East Harlem. The deal closed on June 25, 2020, and was recorded on July 8, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1).
