Nonprofit files plans for 27-unit building in Cypress Hills

Maria Contreras Collier of Cypress Hills Child Care Corporation submitted a new building construction project for a 27-unit, 25,910-square-foot R-2 building at 3285 Fulton Street in Cypress Hill, Brooklyn. The plan was filed on September 15, 2022. It calls for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number 321601398. The project is described in the filing as: erect seven-story new residential development.

On this tax block, PincusCo has identified the owners of one of the 11 commercial properties representing 16,386 square feet of the 59,614 square feet. The identified owner is Roman Catholic Church. On the tax block, there were three new building construction projects totaling 25,910 square feet. The largest is a 27-unit, 25,910-square-foot R-2 building developed by Maria Contreras Collier with plans filed September 15, 2022 and it has not been permitted yet.

Within a 400-foot radius of 3285 Fulton Street, PincusCo identified one commercial real estate item of interest that occurred over the past 24 months. It was a loan in which Phipps Houses borrowed $178.3 million from the NYC Housing Development Corporation secured by the development site (V0) on 3301 Atlantic Avenue on July 16, 2021.
