Neil Noto through the entity Rla 91 Realty LLC paid $3.5 million to Luigi LoBuglio through the entity Ntn Realty, LLC for nine-unit rental (C7) at 9102 3rd Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 18, 2021 and was recorded on September 13, 2021.
The property has 6,480 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $547 per the PincusCo analysis.
