Shaky Cohen’s Nexus Building Development Group, also known as NBDG, through the entity 222 Henry Owner LLC paid $6.5 million to Dexter Guerrieri through the entity 222 Henry Street LLC for the five-unit residential walkup building (C2) at 222 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. The expected use is cash flowing.
The deal closed on November 25, 2025 and was recorded on December 8, 2025.
