National autism therapy provider signs $15M construction loan for school in Gravesend

The national autism therapy provider Applied ABC through the entity 255 Street Equities LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Bank of America valued at $15 million for the 22,831-square-foot, four-story school building project at 257 Kings Highway in Gravesend, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 10, 2025 and was recorded on April 29, 2025. The loan price per planned zoning square foot is $657, according to the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The owner bought the property on August 11, 2021, for $2 million. The signatory for Applied ABC was Yecheskel Halberstam and CEO Gitty Endzweig.
