Naftali Group sold two condominium units at the Benson at 1045 Madison Avenue in Carnegie Hill for a total of $25.55 million.

In the first, Sanford L. Heffner through the entity 1045 Madison Apt 6 LLC paid $12.8 million to Naftali Group through the entity 1039-1045 Madison Ave Owner LLC for unit 6 at 1045 Madison Avenue in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on January 26, 2022 and was recorded on February 8, 2022.

The signatory for Naftali Group was Yoseph Manor. The signatory for Sanford L. Heffner was Sanford L. Heffner.
Prior to this transaction, the buyer Sanford L. Heffner had not purchased any other properties and had not sold any properties over the past 24 months.

In the second, Ace Benson LLC through the entity Ace Benson LLC paid $12.75 million to the Naftali Group through the entity 1039-1045 Madison Ave Owner LLC for unit 5 at 1045 Madison Avenue in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on January 26, 2022 and was recorded on February 8, 2022.

The signatory for Naftali Group was Yoseph Manor. The signatory for Ace Benson LLC was Stuart Berg.
