Murat Agirnasli and partners file condo declaration for 570 Broome in Soho

Turkish-American developer Murat Agirnasli and partners through their Soho Broome Condos LLC as sponsor filed a condominium declaration for the building at 570 Broome Street with 54 units in Soho. The city approved the filing on July 29, 2019 and it was recorded on September 30, 2019.
The last time the property sold was June 11, 2014, when the partners purchased the parcel for $18,400,000.

In 2017, the partnership filed a condominium plan with the NYS Attorney General’s office with a sell out of $149.2 million.

Over the past five years, there have been 3 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There was one renovation/alteration project (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $82,000.There has been one new building permit application totaling 76,672 square feet. Those plans include a total of 54 residential or hotel units. There has been one demolition project filed for the parcels over the past five years.
