301 H & G Associates, L.P. as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Signature Bank valued at $6.0 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) at 301 West 57th Street in Midtown West. The deal closed on September 25, 2019 and was recorded on September 30, 2019.
