MSCF Holdings LLC through the entity MSCF Holdings LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender 3650 REIT valued at $18 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 1399 Park Avenue in East Harlem. The deal closed on September 26, 2019 and was recorded on November 8, 2019.

The last time the property sold was September 6, 2019, for $8,000,000.

Correction: A prior version of this post identified the lender as Grass River Real Estate Credit Partners, a real estate development firm which shares offices and executives with 3650 REIT.
