Piece of Cake Moving & Storage through the entity Skillman 3302 LLC paid $18 million to First Pioneer Properties through the entity Skillman Avenue Corp. for the office building (O5) at 33-02 Skillman Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. The expected use is owner-occupied.
