Morgan Stanley fund completes demo of 24,716 sf warehouse at JFK

An affiliate of the Morgan Stanley Prime Property Fund, on August 12, completed the demolition of a 24,716-square-foot warehouse at 182-11 150th Road adjacent to John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens.

The plans, pre-filed on December 10, 2021, called for the demolition of a building.
The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of one-story structure, using hand held and mechanical means to demolish structure.

The property was acquired with three other properties for $17.6 million on August 18, 2021.
