Morgan Stanley files plans for $14.6M single-floor rehab in Times Square
Morgan Stanley, on June 6, filed plans for a $14.6M rehab of one floor at their headquarters building at 1585 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan.
Earlier this month, Morgan Stanley filed plans for a $6.4M rehab of the 10th floor of the building.
The plans call for work on the fourth floor of the 685-foot-tall, 42-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00705022.
The project is described in the filing as: Interior modification as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress.
The architect listed is Gensler.
