Minskoff Equities closes first sale at Jane Street project for $21.9M

The entity Doc Babe LLC paid Edward J. Minskoff Equities’ JCM Jane Street Associates LLC $21.9 million for the townhouse condo unit TH-W at 19 Jane Street in the West Village. The deal closed on July 27, 2020, and was recorded on July 30, 2020.

Minskoff obtained its TCO for the project on May 13.
