Migdal Management through the entity Midgal8 Management 2010 LLC paid $5.9 million to Samuel Erlich through the entity Dye Realty LLC for 10-unit rental (D6) at 809 9th Avenue in Clinton, Manhattan.
The deal closed on May 17, 2021 and was recorded on June 2, 2021.
