Michael Rudder, Michael Heller and Park-It Management through the entity 866 UNP 418 LLC (and another) paid Carlyle Group’s 866 Plaza Owner, L.L.C. $9.5 million for a commercial condo unit in 866 United Nations Plaza in Midtown East. The deal closed on October 30, 2020, and was recorded on November 17, 2020.

The contract date was October 15, 2020. The signatory for Carlyle was Jason Hart. For the buyer was Michael Rudder.
