Michael Niamonitakis through the entity Epsilon 353 2f LLC paid $7.2 million to Lawrence F. DiGiovanna through the entity The Baldwin, LLC for 41-unit rental (D1) at 353 Bay Ridge Parkway in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on September 28, 2021 and was recorded on October 20, 2021.
The property has 30,000 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $241 per the PincusCo analysis.
