Michael Daffey sells 25 Bond penthouse in Noho for $24.6M
BHGI Properties through the entity Adig Properties, LLC paid $24.6 million to Michael Daffey for condo (SC) unit PHW at 25 Bond Street in NoHo, Manhattan.
The deal closed on October 21, 2021 and was recorded on November 1, 2021.
Michael Daffey, an executive with Goldman Sachs, was an original owner of the sponsor of 25 Bond Street. He bought Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion on the Upper East Side for $51 million.
The property has 6,358 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,870 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
