Vincent Gojcaj through the entity Bct- 832 LLC paid $3.2 million to Danny Leopold and Michael Dabakarov through the entity 536 Kappock LLC for the 10-unit rental (D1) at 536 Kappock Street in Spuyten Duyvil, Bronx.
The deal closed on November 15, 2021 and was recorded on December 27, 2021.
The property has 12,000 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $266 per the PincusCo analysis.
