Mendel Greisman submitted a new building construction project for a 37-unit, 28,924 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 268 Sullivan Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on January 26, 2023 under job number B00817250. It calls for the construction of a seven-story building.
