Mendel Fleischman through the entity 67 Garden, LLC paid $2.6 million to the estate of the late Albert J. Byrnes through the entity 67s6, LLC for the retail building (K1) at 67 South 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The expected use is conversion/addition to an eight-unit residential building.
