Maverick obtains Silvershore’s 16-unit Brooklyn Heights rental following foreclosure action

Maverick Real Estate Partners through the entity Pierrepont Owner LLC obtained from Silvershore Properties’s Silvershore Properties 33 LLC 56 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights valued at $2.8 million. The deal closed on December 31, 2020, and was recorded on January 8, 2021. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, over six families without stores (C1) and containing 16 residential units. The property is 8,086 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $175,288.

Maverick bought the debt on the property in April 2019 and in September commenced a foreclosure action.  The contract date for the sale was December 31, 2020. The last time the property sold was December 14, 2012 for $3,170,000.
