The entity Twenty-Seven Seventeen Holdings, LLC paid $16.8 million to Matthew Adell’s Adellco through its 27e79 Property LLC for condo (SC) unit TH at 27 East 79th Street in the Upper East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 8, 2021 and was recorded on May 4, 2021.
The property has 4,425 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,797 per the PincusCo analysis.

There was a condominium project filed with the address 27 East 79th Street and the name 27e79 Condominium on February 10, 2017. The principals of the sponsor, 27e79 Property LLC, was Matthew Adell. link
