Mark Caller’s Marcal Group borrows $29M from Cit Bank for new development in Schuylerville

Mark Caller’s Marcal Group through the entity AW Pelham LP as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Cit Bank valued at $28.8 million for space now occupied by a parking lot at 3115 Wilkinson Avenue in Schuylerville. The deal closed on November 5, 2019 and was recorded on December 9, 2019.
