Mamta Kumar through the entity 300 Wild LLC paid $12.4 million to Sanjay Patel through the entity K.K. Sankar Mahadev Corp. for the Holiday Inn Express Staten Island West hotel building (H3) at 300 Wild Avenue in Travis-Chelsea, Staten Island.
The deal closed on December 23, 2022 and was recorded on January 27, 2023.The property has 36,808 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $338 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on October 11, 2016, for $9.5 million. The signatory for Sanjay Patel was Sanjay Patel. The signatory for Mamta Kumar was Mamta Kumar.
