Manatus Development Group through the entity CSB Courtlandt LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender TD Bank valued at $24.0 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class licensed parking lot (G6) at 362 Courtlandt Avenue in Mott Haven. The deal closed on November 1, 2019 and was recorded on November 20, 2019.

The last time the property sold was July 16, 2015, for $1,493,863. The TD Bank loan replaced a $2.6 million loan from 360 Capital, and added the additional building and project loans.
