Maimonides Medical Center through the entity Maimonides Medical Center as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Dormitory Authority Of The State Of New York valued at $141.2 million for 6 parcels, including the tax class hospitals, sanitariums, mental institutions (I1) at 4801 10th Avenue, 4723 10th Avenue, 920 48th Street, 4804 Ft Hamilton Parkway, 4820 Ft Hamilton Parkway, and others in Kensington. The deal closed on August 1, 2020 and was recorded on September 15, 2020.
