Mahesh Ratangi pays $6.1M to Jackson Group for property in East Flatbush

Mahesh Ratangi through the entity Nostrand Hospitality LLC paid Jackson Group’s Jackson Opportunity LLC $6.1 million for the parcel at the approximate address 2243 Nostrand Avenue in East Flatbush. The deal closed on June 30, 2020, and was recorded on July 16, 2020.

Elliott Chehebar was the signatory for the Jackson Group. The contract was signed January 14, 2020. This is non-residential vacant land that was formerly a portion of lot 12, which the Jackson Group continues to own.
