New York City Department Of Education, as tenant, signed a memorandum of lease with landlord Madison Realty Capital through its entity Sdf67 Springfield Blvd Owner LLC for a portion of 1 parcel, including the tax class professional-type office building (O7) at 134-35 Springfield Boulevard in Laurelton. The memorandum was signed on December 5, 2019 and was recorded on April 1, 2020
The city leased the ground floor comprised of 9,163 square feet and additional outdoor space, for 15 years for use as a public school. The last time the property sold was January 28, 2016, for $5,003,055.
The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on September 30, 2019.
Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. Of those there was one major renovation application including a certificate of occupancy change (A1) filed with a total estimated value of $198,480.
