Macquesten Development’s property can be occupied following construction of a 102-unit, 112K sf residential building in East New York

Macquesten Development, on April 3, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 102-unit, 112,965-square-foot residential building at 679 Van Sinderen Avenue in East New York.

The plans, pre-filed on December 31, 2015, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, 7-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building.

According to the plans, there will be retail space on the ground floor.
