Lulzim Kupa paid $3.9 million to two separate sellers for two adjacent parking lots in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, in two transactions, which is a possible development site purchase.
In the first, Lulzim Kupa through the entity A & L Douglas LLC paid $2.1 million to Michael Scotto through the entity Mas 251 LLC for the parking lot (G6) at 72 Douglass Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.

The deal closed on November 5, 2025 and was recorded on November 7, 2025. The property has zero square feet of built space and 3,300 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 3,300 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price price per buildable square foot is $530 per the PincusCo analysis.
