Luigi Perlleshi through the entity Alex Apartments LLC paid $7.5 million to Michael Kason through the entity Kason Enterprises, LLC for the 95-unit residential elevator building (D1) at 1154 Ward Avenue in Soundview, Bronx. The expected use is cash flowing.
