Louis Renzo pays $6.2M for 7-unit rental in Williamsburg

Louis Renzo through the entity 175 Skillman Realty LLC paid $6.2 million to Anthony Caponigro through the entity Skillman Arms LLC for seven-unit rental (C1) at 175 Skillman Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on November 19, 2021 and was recorded on December 13, 2021.
The property has 4,988 square feet of built space for a total buildable of 5,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,237 and the price per buildable square foot is $1,235 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)

One of those three items was a loan which Joel Schwartz borrowed $11.7 million from Citibank secured by the 5,363-square-foot, seven-unit rental (C1) on 178 Skillman Avenue and one other property on September 11, 2020.
