Lotus Management through the entity Ax3 Capital LLC paid $3.4 million to RJ Capital Holdings through the entity Merrick Central LLC for retail building (K1) at 233-02 Merrick Boulevard in Laurelton, Queens.
The deal closed on April 23, 2021 and was recorded on May 27, 2021.
The property has 6,500 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 5,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $523 per the PincusCo analysis.
