The entity NMG Tribeca Properties LLC paid $7.5 million to Mark Kaplan through the entity Whitman Oaks Inc. for the mixed-use building (K4) at 154 Reade Street in Tribeca, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 19, 2023 and was recorded on September 27, 2023. The property has 5,850 square feet of built space and 2,192 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 8,048 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,290 and the price per buildable square foot is $938 per the PincusCo analysis. The city-designated market value for the property in 2022 is $1.5 million.

Development
