L+M files plans for two buildings, 172 units in Brownsville
L+M Development Partners, on August 5, filed two permit applications for construction of an 88-unit, 73,784-square-foot residential building at 380 Chester Street and an 84-unit, 81,603-square-foot residential building at 763 Thomas South Boyland Street, both in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn. David Dishy, president of development at L+M Development, filed the plans.
The first plans call for the construction of an 85-foot-tall, eight-story building at 380 Chester Street and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00560232. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: Affordable housing, HUB consultation on 6/17. New eight-story building.
According to the plans the ground floor of the building will have retail space. Floors two through seven will each have 13 dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have 10 dwelling units.
