L+M Development Partners, on April 2, was given a permit for construction of a 175-unit residential building at 449 Chester Street in Brownsville.
The plans, pre-filed on October 4, 2019, call for the construction of an 84-foot tall, 8-story, residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: new 8-story mixed use residential and community facility building.
The building plans state that there will be residential units on floors one through eight. However, the ground floor will primarily be used for community space, such as parking, an exercise room, laundry, and a multi-use room.
The average size of the residential units will be 868-square-feet.
Brenheimer Architecture is listed as the architect for the new building.
