L+M Development Partners borrows $9M from Low Income Investment Fund for new commercial condos in Tremont

Ron Moelis’s L+M Development Partners through the entity STB Retail Owners LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Low Income Investment Fund valued at $9.0 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 4511 Third Avenue and 4439 Third Avenue in Tremont. The deal closed on November 25, 2019 and was recorded on December 3, 2019. The building was given its initial temporary certificate of occupancy in March 2019.
